Overview
The penthouse was conceived as a private retreat within the city — open, refined, and intentionally restrained despite its expansive scale.
Design Concept
Rich walnut finishes, textured stone surfaces, and bronze detailing established a refined material language throughout the residence. Large-scale furnishings and integrated art pieces introduced softness into the architectural framework.
“There’s a quiet confidence to the entire space. It feels elevated without becoming excessive.”
Approach
The studio focused on framing views, improving flow between public and private zones, and creating subtle moments of intimacy within larger open-plan areas.
